Miley Cyrus gets raunchy in new film

Miley Cyrus wants to put the final nail in Hannah Montana’s Disney themed coffin. The 17 year-old is set to star as a teen engaging in risky behavior in a movie called LOL: Laughing Out Loud. Twilight’s Ashely Greene will play Cyrus’ main enemy while Demi Moore will play her mom. Hollywood Life has the details from the script while MTV has an interview from April with Demi confirming the casting.

If you thought Miley Cyrus couldn’t be tamed before, just wait until you see the movie she’s currently shooting! got our slick little hands on an early version of the LOL: Laughing Out Loud script and let us tell you – Miley is definitely going full throttle with her bad girl image!

OK, so there’s no pole dancing in this coming-of-age story for the Generation Z crowd, but Miley DOES indulge in some pretty racy teenage behavior. As Lola – who is described as a “teenage Aphrodite, minus the confidence” – the 17-year-old actress loses her virginity, talks about sex incessantly, smokes marijuana, kisses one of her two best female friends on the lips, gets wasted and accidentally shows her mom, Ann, (Demi Moore) her Brazilian wax. Exactly – Hannah Montana she is NOT.

We loved this line best, mostly because we’ve been harboring similar thoughts about Miley and her risque new look.”You’re my daughter,” Ann tells Lola – whose nickname happens to be LOL, “And I won’t let you turn into a porn star!” LOL indeed.

While Miley’s turn as a soul-searching teen who wants to try EVERYTHING (bad and good) in life isn’t such a hard line to swallow, Ashley Greene’s metamorphosis is a lot more fun to read! The Twilight star plays completely against type as Lola’s arch-nemesis, the slutty (and aptly named) Ashley – who’s nicknamed “The Post It” because “she sticks to every guy.”

[From Hollywood Life]

At least Cyrus didn’t go “full porn star” like Lindsay Lohan, but this latest role doesn’t bode well for her career. Disney will not be thrilled about this. New episodes of Hannah Montana are still airing, with the final season lasting until Spring, 2011. Still, Miley is doing a good enough job shedding her Disney image on her own through various states of undress and suggestive performances. She doesn’t need a controversial role to move that process along, but of course she’s taking one. She’s Miley and she’s just going to “be herself.”

In that interview in April, Demi Moore said she had just started working with Miley and found her “incredibly grounded.” She also added that Miley “is a true professional, and she truly has a wonderful family.” A wonderful family that supports Miley in whatever it is she wants to do that will make them money. Miley turns 18 on November 23.

23 years old is gonna be the punchline for this brat.
    just wait my friends.
    L-O-L :-/

  2. LOVE ANGELINA says:

LOL It depends on when the film is released. As long as its after Hannah Montana is finished Disney will be ok. They have other starlets to push. I mean Miley can’t do vanilla for ever, no one should expect her to.

  3. Katalina76 says:

I just wish she would go away. FOREVER. And take the rest of her famewhoring family with her.

  4. guesty says:

she will always be annoying. always.

That seems to be one of the problems with pushing a kid into some type of image or stereotype for a long time. They ultimately find a way to be everything but, when the chance is there. I can’t blame them, but you can certainly see who has character and who doesn’t. Timberlake hasn’t rebelled too harshly yet, even Barrymore was never the rock bottom algae sucker like Lohan is.

  7. whitedaisy says:

This will be an epic fail.

  8. serena says:

I do think she has talent, but she’s wasting it because now she wants to play different characters aka the bad girl.
I saw the last song and it was a pretty good role, if she keeped that up that would have been nice.
    But now, who knows?

  9. Cam says:

Am I the only one who thinks this movie will be fun to watch?

And as long as it’s released after the last Hannah Montana season is over, I don’t see what’s wrong with it.

  10. Blaster says:

So Evan Rachel Wood and Nikki Reed can do it in 13…as long as they aren’t from Disney…?

The movie itself is a re-make of a really good French Film. I’ll withhold judgement.

  11. cutie says:

Sooooo, its okay for Dakota Fanning but for Miley Cyrus its a big no?
    Please explain the double standards.

The thing that makes Taylor Swift popular, because let’s be honest she can’t sing all that well, is that she’s different. And you know what that is? She doesn’t act trashy. The easiest thing in the world is to act like someone like Kim Kardashian or Lindsay Lohan. It takes a lot more effort to act like you actually respect yourself.

  13. Katalina76 says:

I can’t speak for others, but yes, it is different with Miley. Dakota Fanning is an amazing actress who does well in every role she takes. And she seems to take roles based on the integrity of the film, not on how different it will make her appear in the public eye, or just for the shock value.

Also, Miley is a pop singer. That’s what she’s good at. Leave the acting to the actresses.

  14. Vibius says:

10 bucks shes in Playboy before shes 21. Any takers? Anyone? Hello?

  15. Mentok the Mind Taker says:

    GETS raunchy?

Shouldn’t that be “Raunchier” (if that’s even a word)? Cyrus & clan have taken the title of Redneck Royalty away from everyone associated with country music, bad comedy, and Elvis Presley (easy haters, I’m a fan but I’ve been to his house — rednecks with checks is quite frightening).

At least she’ll have that future in porn and late night infomercials to look forward to.

  16. Riley says:

Her boyfriend needs a stylist. Those outfits he is wearing, even if it is just to go workout or whatever, are gross.

  17. Belle Epoch says:

    LOL is a lame title.

Demi is from a trailer park so she would think the Cyrus family is “truly wonderful.” Hahahahahahaha

  18. Tia C says:

Oh this sounds like a big moneyloser! When was the last time Demi Moore had a successful movie? Yeah, I can’t remember, either. Demi and Miley Cyrus in a movie together? Sounds like box office poison.

  19. original kate says:

    ugh. just ugh.

  20. TQB says:

Sure. This is a great career path. Just ask Melissa Joan Hart how well that worked out.

  21. Jover says:

Katalina and Mentok agree with you; no, Panface has no talent, autotune isn’t singing; BTW how well did her recent movie do? ANyone have any numbers on that I see it’s already out on DVD. She can’t sing no-one with any taste would be caught dead going to a Miley “concert”; she can’t act and is too full of herself to bother with actual acting lessons; I agree Vibius but before Playboy will be a lame reality tv show, that will bomb and then come the excursions into full nudity.

  22. aenflex says:

Why? Did Mellissa Joan Hart show boobies or something? Did I miss that?

  23. Jeri says:

No pole dancing? What her little sis Noah gonna do?

  24. Persistent Cat says:

Sigh. Is the shocking girl-girl kiss ever going to go away? It’s attention-whoring at its finest.

  25. Camille says:

I’ve seen the original French movie and I can’t imagine Miley and Demi as those characters. Miley is a godawful actor and Demi isn’t far behind.

  26. GatsbyGal says:

Wow, is that title dated or what? EVERYONE knows what “LOL” means. So just call the movie LOL. God, this movie sounds stupid as hell. Is it coming to theatres? Sounds like a straight-to-DVD thing to me. Either way, it’s gonna bomb.

  27. Emily says:

@GatsbyGal, I thought the same thing, but I think baby boomers are still confused, and I’d imagine that a lot of the producers of this would be around that age.

I’m really sick of the girl-on-girl shit for shock value. If it’s part of the storyline, like Miley’s character was trying to figure out her sexuality, then fine. But I can’t imagine it’s anything like that in this movie. Not to mention that boy-on-boy isn’t used nearly as much.

  28. Kazoo81 says:

what’s the name of the original french film?
